2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
broccoli, thawed and
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed
cream of mushroom soup
big pinch of ground nutmeg
big pinch of cayenne pepper
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
4 chopped hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. butter, cut into
1/4-inch pieces

Combine broccoli and soup in a 2 quart casserole.
Gently stir in eggs, whipping cream, sherry and seasonings.
Cover and microwave on Cook for 13 to 15 minutes. Stir twice.
Top casserole with Swiss cheese, crumbs and pieces of butter.
Microwave, uncovered, on Cook for 3 1/2 minutes. Let set 2 to
3 minutes.
