1 lb. ground beef
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 c. thick tomato sauce
2 (6-inch long) Italian rolls
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella
Combine beef, onion and garlic in a 1 quart casserole.
Cover. Microwave on Cook for 7 1/2 to 9 minutes or until beef
begins to brown, stirring twice. Drain fat. Stir in sauce,
basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Split rolls in 1/2 lengthwise
and arrange on a round baking dish. Spoon on beef mixture and
top with cheese. Microwave on Low for 11 to 12 1/2 minutes.
