8 Tbsp. (1 stick) butter
1/2 lb. medium width egg
noodles, cooked 6 to 7 1/2
minutes on Cook
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. freshly ground
Combine butter and cream in a 1 1/2 quart glass bowl.
Microwave, uncovered, on Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until
mixture boils, stirring twice. Stir hot cooked and drained
noodles into butter and cream mixture. Toss. Add cheese and
toss again. Sprinkle on pepper and toss again.
