1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 medium bananas, cut in
1-inch pieces
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple
1 tsp. soy sauce
pinch of ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 lb. cubed, cooked ham

Combine butter, lemon juice, brown sugar, honey, soy
sauce, ginger and cloves in a 2 cup measure. Microwave on Cook
for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, until butter is melted, stirring twice.
Thread ham, pineapple and bananas alternately on 6 to 8-inch
wooden skewers (metal ones may be used). Arrange Kabobs in
10-inch round baking dish. Brush with butter sauce. Microwave
on Cook for 7 1/2 minutes until heated through, turning skewers
and basting with remaining butter sauce after 3 minutes.
