BBQ RIBS 3/4 c. ketchup 1 1/2 Tbsp. packed dark brown sugar 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, chopped 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce 2 1/2 lb. pork ribs 3/4 c. orange or apple juice 3/4 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients, except ribs, in a glass bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on Cook for 9 minutes, stirring twice. Set aside. Cut ribs into 3 to 4 serving pieces. Arrange in a 10-inch round baking dish, overlapping slightly. Cover and microwave on Cook for 20 minutes. Drain off juices. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs. Microwave, uncovered, on Cook for 15 minutes. Baste with sauce. Microwave, uncovered, on Cook for 3 to 7 1/2 minutes until ribs are tender.
