4 flounder fillets
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed
cream of shrimp soup
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can small
shrimp, drained
1/4 tsp. each salt and white
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can drained
1/4 c. white wine or milk

Roll up fillets and arrange, seam side down, in an
8-inch round baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients in
a small bowl. Spoon shrimp mixture over top of fillets.
Microwave on Cook for 7 1/2 to 9 minutes or until fish is firm
to touch. Let set, covered, for 5 minutes.
