2 (7 oz.) cans undrained tuna
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed
cream of onion soup
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can onion rings
2 to 3 c. cooked pasta
1 (4 oz.) can sliced,
undrained mushrooms
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. each salt and ground

Combine tuna and soup in a 2 quart glass casserole,
breaking up tuna slightly. Add all remaining ingredients,
except onion rings. Cover. Microwave on Cook for 13 1/2 to 17
minutes, stirring twice. Let set, covered, for 3 minutes. Top
with onion rings before serving.
