1 stick butter (8 Tbsp.)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 6 finely chopped cloves
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. shelled shrimp
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
In a shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients,
except for shrimp. Microwave, uncovered, on Cook for 4 to 5
minutes, stirring twice. Stir shrimp into butter sauce.
Cover. Microwave on Cook for 5 to 7 1/2 minutes or until
shrimp curl and turn pink. Let set, covered, for 3 to 5
