SHERRIED CHICKEN 3 lb. cut up chicken 1/3 c. dry sherry 4 to 6 slices bacon 1 onion, sliced thin 1 Tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. flour Arrange chicken pieces in 10-inch round baking dish. Put meatier pieces toward the outer edge of dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with bacon. Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour evenly over chicken. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on Cook for 16 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Let set, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir pan juices until smooth. Spoon over chicken.
