2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken
1 c. barbecue sauce
Arrange chicken in a 10-inch round baking dish with
meatier sides facing edge of dish. Cover with wax paper.
Microwave on Cook for 5 minutes. Drain off and turn over.
Brush 1/2 the barbecue sauce on chicken. Microwave, uncovered,
on Cook for 6 minutes. Turn; brush with remaining sauce and
microwave on Cook an additional 5 to 9 minutes or until chicken
is tender. Let set, covered, for 5 minutes.
