SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE|
1 lb. sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can pimentos,
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. uncooked Minute rice
Brown sausage 7 minutes in 2 quart casserole dish;
drain. Add other ingredients; cook 7 minutes. Add cheese and
cook another 7 minutes. Stir about halfway.
