1/2 tsp. butter
2 large eggs
2 tsp. water
dash of salt and pepper
onion, herbs, pepper and
cheese (optional)

Put butter in mug or small bowl. Microwave on High 20
to 30 seconds to melt. Break eggs into mug, with a fork, mix
eggs, water, salt and pepper. Microwave on High 1 minute.
Stir. Microwave 15 to 20 seconds more. Remove eggs when they
are soft and moist; stir. Makes 1 serving.
