GINGER SESAME CHICKEN WINGS 7 chicken wings, cut at joints (tips discarded) 5 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. grated ginger 1 minced garlic clove 2 Tbsp. sesame seed 1/4 tsp. paprika Place wings in shallow dish and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over wings (covering all well). Marinate 1 hour, turning several times. Arrange wings on a 9-inch round plate like spokes on a wheel, thickest part facing sides of dish. Cover with paper towel. Cook on High 15 to 17 minutes just until chicken begins to crisp. Serve immediately. Makes 14 appetizers.
