QUICHE LORRAINE

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped ham
1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
6 slices cooked bacon,
crumbled
3 beaten eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 small onion

Put pie crust in glass pie plate. Bake crust. Sprinkle
shell with cheese and bacon. Blend ham, onion, milk and eggs
and add to shell. Cook on High 8 to 9 minutes or until knife
comes out clean. (For more even cooking, cover with waxed
paper for first part of cooking.)
