BARBECUED CHICKEN

1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken,
quartered
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. onion flakes

Place chicken pieces, skin side up, with thick edges
toward outside of a 12 x 7-inch baking dish. Combine remaining
ingredients. Brush half of barbecue mixture over top of
chicken. Cover with waxed paper and cook on 10 for ten min-
utes. Brush with remaining barbecue mixture. Cover and cook
on 10 for 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is tender. Let
stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
