HAM LOAF WITH RAISIN SAUCE 1 lb. ground cooked ham 1/2 lb. ground pork 1 c. bread crumbs 2 eggs 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. ground cloves Raisin Sauce: 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 2 Tbsp. water 1 c. currant jelly or apple jelly 1/2 c. raisins 1/4 c. lemon juice Mix together all ingredients. Shape in a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish or better yet, use a 9 x 1 3/4-inch Pyrex pie plate. Cover with pleated plastic wrap. Be sure the cover goes well down over the side to avoid edge burn. Microwave on Medium-High (70%) for 20 to 24 minutes or until set. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with Raisin Sauce. Raisin Sauce: Mix together cornstarch and water in a 2-cup measure until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave on High (100%) for 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened. Stir occasionally.
