MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced
mushrooms, drained

Mix together all ingredients, except catsup. Shape into
a loaf in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf dish. Spread catsup over top,
if desired. Cover with pleated plastic wrap. Be sure that the
wrap comes well over the edge to prevent a hard edge. Micro-
wave on Medium-High 70% for 22 to 24 minutes or until no longer
pink. Allow to stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
