PECAN PIE MICROWAVE 1/4 c. butter or margarine 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 c. corn syrup 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tsp. vanilla pinch of salt 1 c. pecan halves 1 baked 9-inch pastry shell Place butter in a medium sized glass bowl. Cook on High for 1 1/2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients except for pastry shell. Pour mixture into shell. Cook on Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until custard center is set. Cool and serve with whipped cream if desired.
