TUNA CASSEROLE

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped
broccoli
7 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
and drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed
cream of onion soup
1 can (12 1/2 oz.) tuna
1 can (5 1/4 oz.) evaporated
milk
2 tsp. brown mustard
1 can (3 oz.) French fried
onions

Thaw broccoli in package until package feels warm, 4 to
5 1/2 minutes. Drain broccoli well. Combine all ingredients
except half the onion rings in a 3-quart casserole. Microwave
at High 6 minutes. Stir from outside to center of casserole to
shorten cooking time. Sprinkle with remaining onion rings.
Microwave at High until center is hot, 2 to 4 minutes.
