1 (16 oz.) can vegetarian
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
4 slices beef bacon, cut into
slices (optional)

Combine all ingredients, except bacon in 1-quart glass
casserole. Top with bacon pieces. Cover with glass lid or
plastic wrap.
Microwave on Reheat for 12 to 14 minutes or until
mixture bubbles. Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes before
serving. Makes 4 servings.
