LASAGNA (Microwave) 1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. salt 1 (1 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked 1 (12 oz.) carton creamed cottage cheese 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated Crumble ground beef in 2-quart (12 x 7-inch) glass baking dish. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 5 minutes; drain. Stir in salt, spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce and mushrooms; mix well. Assemble in 2-quart (12 x 7-inch) glass baking dish by layers, 1/3 cooked noodles, 1/3 meat mixture, 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. On third layer of noodles, spread last 1/3 meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on Roast for 15 to 18 minutes or until hot in center. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
