GLAZED SWEET POTATOES|
4 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. butter or margarine
*Microwave ahead and reheat.
Pierce potatoes and place in oven. Microwave on High
for 8 to 9 minutes or until fork tender. Peel and slice into
1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot
with butter. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Continue
cooking on High for 4 minutes. Stir; continue cooking on High
for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot. Let stand, covered, for 3
minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
