CORN SCALLOP 2 Tbsp. melted butter 3 eggs, beaten 1 can evaporated milk 1 can cream corn 3 green chopped onions 1 tsp. salt and pepper 1 tsp. sugar 3 Tbsp. flour Mix all together. Cook, uncovered for 16 minutes or until set. Center will be soft. Cover with foil, let stand 6 minutes and serve. Note: Use 50% power or roast setting.
