YANKEE RED-FLANNEL HASH

Total cooking time: 10 minutes.

3/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can diced beets,
drained
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef,
chilled and diced
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 drops bottled hot pepper
In a 2 1/2 quart casserole, cook onion and butter at
High for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender, stirring once. Stir
in potatoes, beets, corned beef, milk, salt and hot pepper
sauce. Cook covered at High for 8 to 9 minutes or until hot,
stirring once. Makes 4 servings.
