potatoes (4 c.)
1 c. water
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger or
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine sweet potato, water,
brown sugar, salt, ginger and butter; mix well. Cook, covered
at High for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender and caramelized,
stirring twice. Makes 4 servings.
