1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of
mushroom soup
1 small can sliced or button
1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen Chinese
pea pods
1 (16 oz.) can Chinese
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. salt

Crumble ground beef with onion in ceramic skillet.
Cover, cook in microwave 6 to 7 minutes. Stir halfway through
cooking time. Add soup, vegetables and seasonings. Stir well.
Cook in microwave 5 to 6 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking
time. Serve over cooked rice or with chow mein noodles.
