FISH FOR TWO|
1 1/4 lb. fish fillets (I use
1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
Note: This can be cooked on your dinner plate. Place 1
fish fillet on your plate. Dot with butter; sprinkle with
lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover with waxed paper; cook in
microwave about 1 1/2 minutes per fillet. Fish should flake
apart easily. Drain excess liquid from plate before serving.
Do not overcook. This will make fish tough.
