MICROWAVE BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 1 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper 1 tsp. butter or margarine 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar 1/2 c. catsup 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 pork chops (1/2 inch thick) Combine onion, green pepper and butter in 2-cup measure. Microwave at High for 3 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, catsup, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Microwave at Medium for 5 minutes. Stir sauce. Place chops in 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Brush with half of sauce. Microwave at High for 3 minutes. Reduce power level to Medium and microwave for 8 1/2 to 11 minutes, or until pork near bone is no longer pink, turning over and brushing with remaining sauce after half of the time.
