HOT CHICKEN SALAD|
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey,
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. stuffed olives, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. creamy chicken soup
2 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart baking dish; cook
on Full power 5 minutes. Top with chow mein noodles and heat
1 1/2 minutes more. Serves 4.
For conventional oven, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes,
returning to oven a few minutes after adding noodles.
