1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. instant chicken
4 c. thin-sliced Chinese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
1 (4 oz.) can drained bamboo
1 (5 oz.) can drained, sliced
Remove and discard any fat from tenderloin. Cut into
bite size pieces. Combine pork, cornstarch, soy sauce and
bouillon in 2-quart glass casserole. Cook, covered, in micro-
wave for 6 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink. Add
vegetables. Cook, covered, in microwave 6 to 7 minutes or
until meat and vegetables are cooked as desired. Stir once or
twice during cooking. Contains 173 calories per serving.
