9-inch Pyrex dish
2 c. creamed corn
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
Microwave butter 30 seconds; stir in flour, sugar and
salt. Add eggs and milk. Blend together; add corn. Microwave
at Medium heat, uncovered, for 16 to 18 minutes. Stir from
outside edge twice to center. With Full power, cook 7 to 8
minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
