CREAMY CHEESECAKE
(Praline Pecan)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
9-inch graham cracker crumb
crust, baked

In medium bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and
vanilla until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Cook at Medium
3 1/2 to 4 minutes. Stir twice. Pour cheese mixture into pie
crust. Cook at Medium-Low 3 1/2 to 5 minutes or until center
is almost set.
Chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Brush top of
chilled pie with maple syrup. Garnish with chopped pecans.
To be cooked in microwave. Yield: 8 servings.

Graham Cracker Crust:
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
9-inch pie plate (glass)
Combine butter and sugar in glass bowl. Heat until
butter is melted. Add crumbs. Mix in well, then pat firmly
into pie plate. Cook at Medium 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
To be cooked in microwave.
