2 MINUTE FUDGE|
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) butter
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk
and vanilla until mixture is partly blended. Mixture is too
stiff to thoroughly blend in all of dry ingredients. Put
butter over top in center of dish. Microwave on High 2 minutes
(10 power or until milk feels warm on bottom of dish). Stir
vigorously until smooth. If butter has not all melted in
cooking, it will as mixture is stirred.
Blend in 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour into wax paper lined
dish, 8 x 4 x 3-inches. Chill one hour in refrigerator or 20
to 30 minutes in freezer. Cut into squares.
