1 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can beef consomme soup
1 can (4 oz.) sliced
mushrooms, drained
10 oz. cooked shells
1/2 c. sour cream

In 2 1/2-quart casserole, break up beef, add onion.
Microwave on High 4 minutes. Stir in flour, Worcestershire
sauce and garlic powder. Mix well. Add soup, mushrooms and
shells. Cover and microwave on High 5 minutes, stirring once.
Add sour cream. Microwave on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes more.
