1 c. regular rice
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 Tbsp. pimento, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas

Place rice, water, bouillon, butter and pimento in 2, 3
or 4-quart casserole; cover and microwave on High for 18
minutes. Add peas; stir and cover. Let stand for 15 minutes.
