MICROWAVE RUM FUDGE

3 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet
chocolate chips (3 c.)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened
condensed milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 Tbsp. rum or 2 tsp. rum
extract

Melt chocolate chips in medium mixing bowl. Microwave
for 2 to 3 minutes on High or until melted, stirring after 2
minutes. Add condensed milk and salt; beat until smooth.
Stir in rum and nuts; spread into a wax papered 8 x 8-inch pan.
Refrigerate until hardened. Invert onto a sheet of wax paper
and cut to serve. Makes 36 pieces.
