10 oz. frozen broccoli or
1 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs or sour
cream potato chips
Cook frozen vegetables on High for 5 minutes. Cook
chicken breasts for 5 minutes. Arrange vegetables in dish.
Place chicken pieces on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon
juice and curry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle on cheese. Add
bread crumbs or potato chips on top. Cover. Use temperature
probe to 160 degrees or Medium, 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
