Schilling Bake-In-The-Bag for
Have the butcher cross cut 2 to 3 pounds spareribs into
1 1/2-inch pieces. Buy Schilling Bake-In-The-Bag mix for ribs.
Microwave 25 minutes on High. Drop the heat if you have more
time. The ribs are less likely to dry out. Cut off edge of
the bag to use for a tie for the bag. Cut a small hole in bag
for steam to escape, or poke top with tines of a fork.
