4 slices toasted rye bread
1/2 lb. corned beef, sliced
1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
1/4 c. Thousand Island
4 slices Swiss cheese

Place bread on paper towel lined glass platter. Layer
with beef, sauerkraut and dressing. Top with cheese slice.
Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes
or until cheese melts. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
