12 oz. fish fillets
2 tsp. diet mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. parsley
dash of salt
dash of pepper
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Spray dish with non-stick coating. Place fillets in
single layer. Combine other ingredients except cheese. Stir
well and spread over fish. Sprinkle on cheese. Microwave on
High 5 to 7 minutes.
