1 lb. powdered sugar
8 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Pour sugar into large glass bowl. Add butter, milk and
cocoa. Do not stir. Place in microwave 2 1/2 minutes or until
butter melts. Take bowl out of oven and add nuts and vanilla.
Stir well. Pour into 8-inch square greased dish. Place in
freezer 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
