8 slices rye bread, toasted
1/2 c. Thousand Island
6 franks
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, well
4 slices Swiss cheese

Spread one side of toast with dressing. Top 4 toast
slices with 3 frank halves, about 2 tablespoons kraut and one
cheese slice. Top with remaining toast; micro-cook, uncovered
until cheese melts, about 1 minute for one sandwich or 4
minutes for 4 sandwiches. Serves 4.
