EASY BEEF PIE|
6 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. thyme leaves
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) buttermilk
1 can (24 oz.) beef stew
Melt butter in 9-inch microwave-safe pie plate 1 to
1 1/2 minutes on High (100% power). Stir in dried thyme
leaves and dried basil. Dip buttermilk biscuits into butter
and place on waxed paper. Stir beef stew into remaining
butter; cover with waxed paper and cook on High (100% power)
until steaming, about 4 to 5 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn and
stirring once. Place herbed biscuits in ring around the
outside; microwave until tops of biscuits look dry, about 2 to
3minutes. Let stand 2 minutes until pick inserted in center of
biscuits comes out clean. Makes 3 main-dish servings.
