2 c. diced carrots
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. pepper
Mix the pepper, rosemary, chives, water and sugar and
pour over the carrots. Microwave on High 4 to 8 minutes. Stir
halfway through. Serves 6.
