TANGY HAM LOAF|
1 lb. precooked ground ham or
ham loaf mixture
1/3 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
dash of pepper
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
Blend together ham, milk, eggs, crumbs, onion and
pepper. Pat into 9 x 5 x 2-inch loaf pan. Combine sugar,
juice, mustard and vinegar. Pour over meat loaf. Cook on Full
power for 9 to 11 minutes or 160 degrees temperature.
