2 1/2 to 3 lb. country-style
prok ribs
1/2 c. spicy barbecue sauce
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Total cooking time: 55 to 60 minutes.
Place ribs in a 3 quart (13 x 9 x 2-inch) glass baking
dish. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on 70 (Roast) for 25
minutes. Rearrange by placing outside ribs in center. Drain
off fat. Mix remaining ingredients well and brush over both
sides of ribs. Cook, covered, on 70 (Roast) for 30 to 35
minutes or until meat is fork-tender. Let stand, covered, 5
minutes before serving.
