2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut in
1 c. barbecue sauce
Arrange chicken in a 10-inch square baking dish with the
meatier, thicker portion toward the outside of the dish. Cover
with wax paper. Microwave for 5 minutes. Drain and turn over.
Brush half of the barbecue sauce onto the chicken. Microwave,
uncovered, for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn and brush with remaining
sauce. Microwave for an additional 10 minutes. Let stand,
covered, 5 minutes before serving.
