2 lb. hot banana peppers 3 sweet peppers (any color) 2 pkg. hot dogs 3 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. garlic powder 1 c. oil (canola) 1 large ketchup (32 oz.) 2 c. vinegar Bring vinegar, sugar, ketchup, oil and garlic powder and bring to a boil, then add peppers and hot dogs. Bring to a boil again and boil ten more minutes. Put in jars and seal.
