1/2 small carrot, grated
1/2 small green pepper, grated
1/2 small onion, grated
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients together and chill overnight. Serve with fresh
vegetables and crackers.
