1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
28 oz. cream cheese
1 or 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes

Brown sausage in a pan. Drain off fat. Mix all ingredients together
in a bowl. You can do this in the crock-pot but the sausage must be
browned first.
